Anthony List and has cosponsored numerous pro-life bills, including the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. Todd believes the federal government should defund Planned Parenthood and has also worked to end taxpayer funded abortions.
