Todd has always stood with Hoosier small businesses by reducing job-killing regulations, lowering taxes, and proudly supporting the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
As a member of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Todd played a key role in creating the Paycheck Protection Program, helping businesses keep workers employed during the pandemic.
Thanks to Todd’s leadership, Indiana small businesses received nearly $10 billion, helping hotels, restaurants, and other business owners during the pandemic. He secured over 2,500 loans for religious organizations across Indiana who were adversely affected by the pandemic.
