Helping Hoosier Small Businesses

Todd has always fought to help Hoosier small business by reducing job-killing regulations, lowering taxes and proudly supported the American Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

Through his service on the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Todd played an instrumental role in crafting the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) that helped businesses keep their workforce employed during the pandemic.

Due to Todd’s leadership, small business owners across Indiana received nearly $10 billion helping hotels, restaurants, and small business owners during the pandemic. Todd was also helpful in ensuring the Small Business Administration (SBA) handed out over 2,500 loans to religious organizations across Indiana who were also adversely affected.

During the pandemic, nobody did more than Todd to help Hoosier families, communities, workers, and small business owners through financial hardship caused by the COVID-19.
